SUB2r, Inc. Privacy Statement
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how SUB2r, Inc. (“we” or “our” or “Site”) treats information collected or provided in connection with an end user’s (“you” or “user”) use of the SUB2r site located at www.sub2r.com and all of its subdomains and affiliated Sites.
Effective Date: February 1st, 2019.
This Policy applies to all information collected by or provided to us on and after the Effective Date. This Policy applies to the Site and any subdomains of the Site. This Policy does not apply to any third party website as their content is not controlled by us. By using this Site, you consent to the collection and use of the information as described here. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so we encourage you to review it frequently. When we make any material changes to this Policy, we will change the Effective Date above. We will treat your continued use of the Site following such change as your acceptance of the changes.

You may visit the Site anonymously (CalOPPA) without providing any personal information.
If you contact us in any of our Sites or Subdomains, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, title, company, address, and telephone number. We may further collect and process any information and data that you volunteer to us, e.g. when you register for online forums or discussion groups, register to contribute to online Wiki, subscribe to our newsletters, or make purchases. If you make purchases on the Site, you will have to provide your personal information to our payments processing partner; we have no access to your financial information.

Testimonials
If we post customer testimonials on our website which may contain Personal information, we will obtain your consent via email and/or opt-in methods prior to posting your name, city, or stated activity/interest along with any testimonial.
User Created Content
You have the ability to disclose personal information in our public areas, such as the community forum or our Wiki. Please be aware that such unencrypted, public information, may be accessed or recorded by us, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in such information. Any Personal information you submit in the course of such activities can be read, collected, or used by other users.
If you submit links to your video or other content to us, we may publish these links on our Site, along with certain Personal information identifying you, e.g., your first and/or last name or your username, when we have your consent. Third Party Service Providers
We use certain third party service providers to offer or facilitate services on our behalf, such as a shipping company to fulfill orders, a payment gateway to process payments for goods, and an email service provider to send out newsletters on our behalf. When you order products from SUB2r, we will share your Personal information as necessary for such third party service providers to provide the applicable service to us or on our behalf. These third parties may have access to your information only to perform those tasks, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. 6. Children Online Privacy Protection Act
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems.
7. Choice/Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your Personal information used for certain purposes. For example, if you purchase a product but do not wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter.
Like many websites, the Site does not currently respond to “do not track” browser headers until the Internet industry defines exactly what DNT means, what DNT compliance means, and a common approach to responding to DNT. 10. Transfer As A Corporate Asset
In the event of a merger, sale of capital stock or assets, reorganization, consolidation or similar transaction involving SUB2r, the information we possess (including personally identifiable information) shall be transferred as a corporate asset to the acquiring entity.

You will ensure that the information you provide to us through the Site is accurate and up-to-date. Providing accurate information helps us serve you better.
